Cara externa de la pierna. Se ve la cicatriz de la facciotomía externa que se le realizó y la cicatriz en el pié de la artrodesis mediotarsiana así como de la exposición.

Vista posterior de la pierna. Se ve claramente de nuevo la zona por donde pasó el neumático y la consiguiente pérdida de partes blandas.

Tiene 25 años, toda una vida por delante. Seguramente en algún momento intervendrá algún Cirujano Plástico, para mejorar la piel. Por ahora la paciente no desea ser intervenida nuevamente y está conforme con los resultados.

El gran actor en estos pacientes, fue el AMNIOS, que nos dió el TIEMPO y la PROTECCIÓN necesaria para la regeneración de los tejidos.
