THE POST-OPERATIVE RADIOGRAPHS. POSITION IN WHICH WILL BE THE Kirshner AND STEINMAN.
The nails were not in good position, but useful for the purpose they were used, giving a median neck standing stability and prevent infection. One might have thought, watching the radiographic appearances in small pieces and place have been achieved better stability, but in my opinion, was all that could be put.

EXTENSIVE NECROSIS OF INTERNAL ANTERO THIRD SECTOR LOWER TIBIA.

REMOVING THE AMNIOS TO MAKE A NEW HEALING.

One can see clearly the appearance of the placenta that is hard, stuck to the wound and forming an actual "skin" that protects the entry of germs and allows time for tissue regeneration. After it dries really take a look shriveled.

APPEARANCE OF THE WOUND AFTER ONE WEEK TO START THE HEALING OF THE SAME.

OTHER STEPS IN THE PROCESS OF HEALING OF WOUNDS.

RADIOGRAPHS TAKEN LAST PATIENT.

Clearly we see that the neck was not standing in a good position, less excellent, not pregnant functional outcome is excellent because the patient has a nearly full neck mobility, standing, and support without pain.

Was used in earlier stages of salmon calcitonin, synthetic, to diminish the signs of osteoporosis, as in the previous patient, with good results. Although this patient had no fractures in IE as the previous patient, this was affected in some way by the trauma, lack of support and patient age.

The patient, a week ago returned to their usual duties.
