There are three open fracture grade 3c treated with amnion dressing. The evolution was good considering the type of fracture with a good function that allows an active life.
One of the patients have muscle problems and therefore I believe the march with a little more time can go smoothly.
We also present a patient with a complication of plaque roptura DCS, reoperated and subsequent infection was resolved with the application of a titanium plate (internal fixator Liff)
